Bala Kalam Fathi ("بلا كلام فاضي", roughly "no empty talk") is a podcast hosted by Basma Al-Hamdan. Basma already had an identity in place and wanted to develop it further, so I took it on as a freelance project and built on what was already there I designed the logo as a typographic wordmark set across three lines, with the letters stretched into long horizontal strokes that line up on a clear grid. Splitting the name over three rows makes it feel distinctive while keeping it easy to read

The pattern is the heart of the identity: a repeating grid of a single line-drawn hand, caught mid-gesture as if mid-conversation. That hand is Basma's own, which ties the brand directly to her and the honest, personal nature of the show. One hand in the grid is picked out in blue to break the rhythm and draw the eye

The palette pairs a range of blues with warm oranges over a soft cream, giving the brand energy and warmth at once. The system extends across social media, from square episode graphics to YouTube thumbnails, each one carrying the hands motif and the three-line logo so every episode feels unmistakably part of the show The identity was brought to life across the podcast's episodes and social channels
